Policy: It has always been our policy to treat our customers in exactly the way we like to be treated ourselves. However, to comply with European legislation, below is our 'small print'. Your statutory rights are not affected (more probably enhanced).
Data & Privacy: Any information collected from you at the time you place an order is used purely to carry out your instructions.
Supply: We undertake to supply you with the goods described in this web site, or with your bespoke design as agreed in our final quotation, by any date you might reasonably request knowing that most of our products are made upon order, and allowing for shipping time. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirements with us.
Delivery: We sometimes rely on third parties for delivery. In the event that your order is not received by the agreed time, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to expedite delivery to you.
Order tracking: If you have specific delivery requirements or require an update on your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Refunds: In the event of damage or dissatisfaction with the product supplied, please contact us immediately. If a replacement is not acceptable, the goods need to be returned before a refund can be issued. If initial payment was by Credit Card, then the refund will be made back to your Credit Card Company. If, however, payment was by cheque, then the refund will be posted to you by cheque promptly. Our major concern is to maintain a happy relationship with our customers.
Law and Jurisdiction: Any contract for your purchase is governed by the laws of Scotland and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Contact: We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered.
